Dean Tsouvalas is StudentAdvisor's Editor-in-Chief and the mastermind behind The Top 100 Social Media Colleges. He believes in changing the way students learn about college through StudentAdvisor. Dean began his professional life as a high school English and Journalism teacher. Later, Dean left teaching to pursue Broadcast Journalism in New York and served as a field producer for ABC News’ 20/20 and Primetime Live.
After many years in television Dean transitioned into the world of digital media and joined Lycos where he became Director of Content and writer/producer of the The Lycos 50. Later he went on to hold executive content positions at OurStage.com and Eons.
Since launching StudentAdvisor's Top 100 Social Media Colleges he has been routinely invited to speak to students and educators on social media best practices. Dean lives north of Boston with his wife and three children.
Dean is a graduate of Stonehill College where he was a Resident Assistant and studied Communications, Journalism and Education.

Todd Klapprodt is StudentAdvisor's Senior Director of Product. It's his mission to develop the best tools for students, parents, and education professionals to use during the college search process. He works to ensure that StudentAdvisor's site features meet the changing needs of today's higher eduction seekers with his deep knowledge of interactive product management.
Prior to making the jump to digital product development, Todd worked as an accountant for 6 years. Despite leaving the accounting world behind, he still holds true to his analytical roots. He is also a devoted husband, father and soccer coach.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Colorado where he earned a B.S. Business Administration. Before transferring to CU, Todd attended Queens University where he played NCAA Division II soccer.

Ashley Wallace Jones is the Associate Product Manager for StudentAdvisor. Along with product development, she also oversees StudentAdvisor's visual identity as the Lead Designer and Production Manager.
Since graduating in 2006, Ashley has done design and branding work for a wide variety of industries. However, it was the ability to have a postive impact on the lives of students and parents by helping them through the college process that drew her to StudentAdvisor.
Ashley is a graduate of Endicott College where she earned a B.F.A. in Visual Communications with a focus in Graphic Design. She was also a member of Endicott's Lady Gulls Field Hockey team.

Taylor Cotter is a Content Intern for StudentAdvisor. She is a senior at Northeastern University studying journalism, English literature and business administration. Before StudentAdvisor, Taylor has interned for nonprofit organizations, a financial management company, a government official and an entertainment podcast. She is passionate about writing and journalism and hopes to use new media and the web to create 21st century news. At Northeastern, Taylor is heavily involved with the Student Government Association. She hopes to help students get the most out of their time (and their money) spent in college.
