Grant-based aid is only given to you by the school's financial aid department. Schools have a limited amount of grant money to give students in their financial aid packages and the school's aid office will determine how much you're eligible for based off your FAFSA report. If you're not happy with your financial aid package once Ashford gets back to you, you can talk to the financial aid office about appealing for more aid.
