Yes, Based on my major in creative writing and education FDU does both well. FDU has WAMFEST (words and music festival) that hails famous pop artists, poets, authors from all over the world come and perform. The QUEST program is great because you can get your bachelors and masters in teaching in their 5 year program which ultimately saves money.
