I LOVE the community feel of Loyola. One of my biggest fears going to college was being given a 'number'. I walk around campus recognizing faces and casually saying hi to my professors. That relationship and atmosphere was important to me. Loyola is perfect for it, too!
The lack of school spirit can be a make or break deal when it comes to choosing a school. For me, I'm more competitive in other areas than in sports. I still love watching the volleyball games, but I know if we lose the game, it's not going to be on the front page of the Times Picayune.
Yes, I could have not asked for a better experience so far. I feel like I'm growing not only academically or spiritually, but also as a person. You learn so much about yourself, and you learn that it's important to recognize what makes YOU happy, not your parents, friends or anyone else. You should do it all for you :)
