The campus is beautiful, the greek life is one of the strongest in the nation, the engineering and management programs are very strong.
The surrounding area and options for social life outside of the greek community is paltry. There are very few things to do but drink.
No, The Industrial Design program at Purdue (from which I am graduating) is nothing short of horrible. The current head of design (Steve Visser) is clueless of best practices, current product design methodology, and most important student needs. Our class learned almost nothing in our last two years in regards to Industrial Design
