My review

The Good:

They are now Le Cordon Bleu, Chicago. Le Cordon Bleu is a well respected French Culinary Institution.

The Bad:

They are very money motivated. They are focused more on this than on providing a quality education.

Would I do it again?

No, I have met many people in my career who have received the same or better education from much less expensive schools.
