The University of Houston Main Campus excels in helping the community. The University offers many opportunities to underprivileged students. I honestly did not think this was a good university to go to, but after attending two programs that the university provided, I changed my mind. Not only does the University offer community programs, they have great programs in the University as well. The professors are very helpful, and not to mention that some of the events held on campus are really fun.
The worst thing about the University of Houston is the parking. If you plan to drive to school, don't do it.
Yes, I wanted to enroll into the University of Texas at Austin. It wasnt untill my junior year of high school that I decided to pursue an education at the University of Houston. After enrolling in their programs and seeing how happy my sisters were while attending the university,I realized that becoming a cougar would be a good experience for me.
