Review of University of Louisville

The school provides a wide range of academic studies, but the reputation is not as prestigious as I would have liked. I am a graduate student attending a program that is not limited at many other universities, so I chose this school, but feel that I could have found a stronger program if geographic limitations were not an important consideration. I would hire students from select undergraduate studies only.

The neighborhood surrounding the school is sketchy at best with frequent robberies, car break-ins, and assault. So unfortunately walking to my car after dark is intimidating, but the university does have a strong reporting system such that the entire campus is notified immediately after an incident has occured via email, text message to all students, and announcement over the loud speaker.
