Review of Valdosta State University

Proximity to Interstate 75 gives it an ideal spot for Georgia and Florida residents. Faculty is tops. Valdosta is beautiful, and the climate stays temperate. Shorts can be worn ten months out of the year.

Fast growth over last ten years has construction sites blocking traffic ingress and egress; however, change is good.

Yes, I received my undergraduate and Education Specialist degrees through VSU and found the application process and registration to be quick and convenient. Courses are offered at many times and in different formats so one can work around prior obligations like family or work. The online courses are rigorous and not busy work. The instructors plan with the students and present all the expectations at the course's beginning. Valdosta is a beautiful city with a temperate climate; shorts are a clothing staple ten months out of the year! The best reason, though, that VSU is an institution for producing successful college graduates is that I would be proud for either of my two daughters to choose VSU for their post-secondary education.
