The administration is taking advantage of the students by applying unacceptable fees for anything possible. Graduate students are underpayed and no valued as they could be. A total amount over $1,000,000 is collected every year just as parking ticket---> does it still make Virginia Tech a university rather a collecting agency?They is no opt-out option on fees you do not use.
