The opportunity to do co-ops is the best thing about Northeastern. My third and last co-op actually got my foot in the door for a job offer after college, which I accepted!
I'm not too sure what the worst thing about the school is. While the co-ops are an excellent opportunity it does make the school 5 years...while you are still in school your friends are starting...
I would attend again and I would hire from there. I especially like to co-op work program all student are entitled to participate in.
The worst thing about Northeastern is its setting in a very busy part of Boston.
Professors are fantastic and accommodating. Campus is in the best location. College of Prof. Studies offers convenient class times their Hybrid classes make it easy to work while going to school.
Northeastern placed at #534 on Forbes' College Rankings - but why?
Another awesome thing is When I think of Northeastern, I remember spending all nighters in the architecture studio underneath the Ruggles Train Station with trains rumbling above our heads reminding us of where we are. Unlike other urban campus’, Northeastern was a little oasis within the city. The campus has many green lawns where you see students playing frisbee with the Boston skyline in the background.
Every student at this school needs a lanyard for your husky card (special card you need for EVERYTHING)
