AI Miami International University of Art and Design, located in the heart of downtown Miami, FL, was founded in 1965. Accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, AI Miami International University of Art and Design operates on the quarter system and offers degree programs in design, media arts and fashion. The Interior Design program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation.
Students attending AI Miami International University of Art and Design can choose to live in university residence halls located close to the campus or nearby privately owned apartments. Students also have the option of enrolling in AI Miami International University of Art and Design’s online division, which, in conjunction with The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, offers online classes in English, math, art history and psychology to supplement on-campus programs. Online courses are completed at an accelerated pace, but contain the same content as a comparable on-campus course.
