Parking is by far the worst thing! Also, ASU tends to be quite fickle with money. They'll try to get every penny they can get.

The only problem I can think of is the "party school" rumors. ASU has a reputation of being a party school, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Work hard, play hard is what college is about.
