The quality of professors who teach here. They have all worked in their respective fields and most continue to do so. They are willing to meet with you outside of class to discuss academic issues...
I think it is hard to find something that is just so incredibly terrible here that is worth writing about. Everyone has small things that they would change- I guess mine would be the late night...

The entrepreneurial spirit is contagious -- the general feeling is not "can we do this" but how quickly can we do this. The school is all about execution -- giving Freshmen -- Freshmen! -- a budget...
I can see where this could be a tough spot for someone who doesn't love starting something and seeing it finish -- and turn a profit.
