Downfall, is that the professors aren't A+. In addition the campus is a bit of out date and could be replaced. Same goes for the dorms.

The old world traditions and the beuatiful campus.
Not enough variety in the performing arts. Esoteric professors with a stronghold on what is considered acceptable art.
