I wish I knew That close-to-campus, off-campus housing is a bit difficult to find. However, they recently build a very nice apartment complex on campus for students to live, which I lived in my 2nd year, and really enjoyed it. Also, if students look for housing early and stay organized the task should not be that difficult.
Every student at this school needs A drive to learn and the ability to balance school and pleasure.
Another awesome thing is The beach is nearby, the downtown is close and has a variety of restaurants and shopping. There's a police department and hospital near the school, which is nice for security and feeling safe. There are also a decent number of diverse food eateries on campus to cater to all taste preferences. It's also nice that Freshman year you can be placed in a dorm with people in your same college, and even major, so that you can meet them and help each other with homework and adjusting to college in the first year.
