If you want a liberal arts experience, Colgate is definitely a college to consider. Students receive a well rounded education and the professors are there to teach.
It is a beautiful campus, but a little bit isolated--this can sometimes make the social scene limited to whats going on in campus.

The worst thing about Colgate is that the social scene is quite limited, as there only a few bars and restaurants downtown, and you have to drive to Syracuse of Utica to try anything different....
