They have a low student to faculty ratio. Graduates are very prepared for law school, medical school, or industry. Looking at a list of Alumnii, I would not hesitate to hire a William & Mary graduate.
William & Mary has a fairly weak athletic program. Also, there should be more student activities. The schools internship and study abroad programs do not offer much.
