The location of the campus and the friendships made. The oceanside campus location is a huge draw for students and many stay in the surrounding area post graduation.

Staff is family oriented and always looking to help someone in need.
Some of the students tend to think they are more privileged than others. Some are not use to being away from home which gives the school a bad look.
