The best thing about IU is the diverse community. There is so much to experience here in Bloomington, it's such a rich atmosphere filled with fun people and amazing opportunities!
The worst thing is probably the class size. The introductory courses are packed to the max, but once you get into more specific classes they start to narrow down.
Diverse student body, lots of good activities for students, BEAUTIFUL campus, and decent faculty who care about teaching. Bloomington is an awesome college town.

Typical college town; you'll always find people nearby, it's a relatively "safe" place. You won't be afraid of walking alone at night usually (assuming you're walking in a well lit place).
