Great opportunity to do real research (for credit) at the medical school, NASA, or places in DC. Great physical sciences / engineering & bio/chem.
Bunch of nerds. Really stiff competition on the GPA side of things.

The best thing about Hopkins is the freedom in your curriculum. There are no classes that you must take for core requirements, so I never have to take a history class again!
Personally, I am not a big fan of covered grades first semester. Though many kids loves them, I feel like I was punished by them since I tried hard, did well, and medical schools won't even see the...

John Hopkins I would say should be anyone tops choice for college. Their medical program is amazing, and opens so many doors with this on your resume.
The downfall is that this school is super competitive. Thes best of the best of the best go here. Its education and education only.
