Getting into the classes you need canbe very difficult. Classes are only offered certain semesters which makes completing a degree difficult.
Number of majors & course catalog-much deeper than most schools.
The usual college bureaucracy.
Rutgers was so diverse, you could get involved in so many different activities, meet so many different people, and the professors themselves were very worldly and diverse.
The RU screw. The sheer size of the college means there is a lot of infrastructure and red tape, if you aren't careful it is very easy to get lost in the shuffle.
There are several different campuses so no matter which kind of college experience you are looking for, you can find it!
