The location and proximity to downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs
The cost is very pricey considering the awful facilities, maintenance of the school and the quality of the professors.

Its cheap! I don't have any more student loans!
The student life is mediocre, some of the class rooms are decrepit and the classes are often too big for the professors and TA's to assist their students with all of their concerns or questions.
