UWN has a great reputation abroad. Students considering international careers would be wise to consider UWM just as employers would be wise to consider UWM grads.
UWM has a high reputation as a party school. In addition the rate of alcohol consumption may be concerning to parents.

Live in Milwaukee and Madison is about 2 hours away, so the location is close but yet far enough for students to feel they are away. I would hire students who attended the college, it is a good...
It is known as a party school, this is not looked on favorablely by parents.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two years (1948-50) in Madison - loved everything about it. (1)taking Ec. 101 from "Wild Bill" Keikhofer. (2) beer and a brat at The Pub. (3) the entire Madison experience....
There was nothing bad; it was all great.

Every student at this school needs Warm winter jacket and a really good pair of boots.
I wish I knew how to get into a dorm that was quiet at night.
Another awesome thing is The Terrace for socializing, catching bands, sailing, swimming, etc.
Every student at this school needs To live there over the summer.
