The best thing is the small class sizes and availability of help from teachers--we are taught by professors, not TAs or RAs, and they have a plethora of office hours to help answer questions!
The parking is terrible, and the student life on the weekends is lacking because most students are from the Worcester area so they go home on the weekends.
